2010/2011 Program
After an overloaded summer, the association is pleased to submit this year’s study program at the Dojo du Centre:
In Avignon:
* At the Dojo du Centre
-For children’s Kung Fu (lessons): the program will remain centered around the Shaolin style with the “ little red boxing” (Xiao Hong Quan)
-Adult Kung Fu lessons: Will be taught this year the 12 animals of Xing Yi and the Za Shi Chui form as well as An Shen Pao. The practice of the 5 animals of Hu Yaozhen will also compose an excellent series of physical preparation before the martial maneuvers.
-Qigong and “relaxation” lessons: will pertain to the 5 animals of Hu Yaozhen, Xing Yi Quan master and Taoist medicine doctor.
-Qigong lessons and evening meditation: will maintain a more specific axis based on marrow washing but will also integrate the 5 animals, only in their dynamic forms. Meditation will always be gradual, in several stages and over several sessions.
Always within the structure of the Dojo du Centre, in Avignon, the program of the week-end courses of this year will be essentially based on revisions and an intensive course of which here are the various contents:
Marrow washing for the week-end of the 9th & 10th October
Taiji sword(play) ( Taiji Jian ) is planned to take place over 3 days: 30, 31st & 1st November
The 8 ancient Taoist treasures for the week-end of the 29 & 30th January 2011
The 5 animals of Hu Yaozhen for the week-end of the 14th & 15th May 2011
In Nyons:
Within the framework of the monthly mornings, Saturdays in Nyons, in the Provencal Drôme countryside, we will carry on with the study of the Sun style bare hands Tai Chi form. (How surprising!)
